Our grass-fed, grass-finished cattle are raised entirely on pasture, producing a naturally lean, nutrient-rich beef with deep, authentic flavor.
In contrast, grass-fed, grain-finished beef is pasture-raised early on but finished on grain to increase marbling and create a milder, more conventional taste.
